Finau Glen Fa'avale Tuala
Founder
Finau Glen Fa'avale Tuala is an NZ-born Samoan with a passion for property development, education and investment. He founded the Fruition Group of companies that includes education, property and consulting services. Fruition Developments Limited is the property development part of the group. Starting out in property in 2002 with its first investment leased to Housing NZ in Otahuhu, Auckland, the business has grown to include both residential and commercial property investment and development portfolio.

20 Years and Counting
Starting with a single investment property, we have grown to residential and commercial developments across Auckland, New Zealand. We have developed residential units, houses, and childcare centres.
Culturally Responsive
Our design and build partners ensure that our buildings are fit-for-purpose and culturally responsive to each community that we serve. We make sure that our built environment is conducive to high quality, safe and secure learning and living.
Serving Our Community
We are partnered with The Lalaga Foundation, a registered charitable trust serving the Pacific communities in Aotearoa, New Zealand. A portion of our earnings helps to support the trust's work in providing support and advocacy for social services, health, education, and housing.
